Но это еще не самое страшное. Самое серьезное грядущее изменение — это подтверждение дипломов. Т.е. баллы за образование собираются оставить почти без изменений, но чтобы их получить надо будет сначала пройти процедуру оценки диплома в Канаде. Впрочем, никаких подробностей об этой процедуре пока не сообщается.
Также будет уменьшено количество начисляемых баллов за опыт работы вне Канады, но зато увеличено за канадский опыт и добавлены баллы за знание языка сопровождающим супругом. И еще несколько изменены баллы за возраст.
Для программы иммиграции Canadian Experience Class планируется снизить срок для подачи документов на резидентство с 24 до 12 месяцев из 36.
По новой программе для иммиграции рабочих описаны четыре требования:
- предложение работы от двух работодателей или наличие канадского квалификационного сертификата;
- знание официального языка (правда, не указано на каком уровне);
- 24 месяца роботы по специальности из последних 5-ти лет;
- соответствие требованиям к специальности, описанным в NOС (кроме требований канадских лицензий).

Спасибо. А где конкретно в английском варианте написано что «А также, в зависимости от специальности этот минимум может быть увеличен до 8-9» Я просматривала документ и такого не увидела, а это очень важное дополнение.

Для рабочих специальностей (NOC B) планируют установить уровень знания официального языка CLB 5.
«Initially, the threshold is anticipated to be set at CLB/NCLC 5 for all four abilities (speaking, oral comprehension, reading and writing).»
Но, NOC B подойдут не все:
«The new FSTC would be open to skilled tradespersons with experience in the following NOC B occupational areas: Industrial, Electrical and Construction Trades; Maintenance and Equipment Operation Trades; Supervisors and Technical Occupations in Natural Resources, Agriculture and Related Production; Processing, Manufacturing and Utilities Supervisors and Central Control Operators; as well as Chefs and Cooks, and Bakers and Butchers.»
Will my occupation be included when the Federal Skilled Worker program reopens on January 1st, 2013?
The Minister of Immigration has indicated that all occupations listed under National Occupation Classification (NOC) levels O, A and B will be eligible under the revised Federal Skilled Worker Class. There is however, a strong probability, that there will be an overall cap or limit to the number of Federal Skilled Worker applications accepted for assessment.
